CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Cam Newton showed some love to a group of Special Olympic athletes by taking them on a shopping spree at Dick’s Sporting Goods in his hometown of Atlanta.
Seventeen local kids raining in age from five to 18 were each given $200 to spend on whatever they wanted.
The fun loving Newton hosts several events each year for kids including his celebrity kickball game and Thanksgving Jam.
All-in-all, it’s safe to say, Cam loves the kids.
