The weekend finishes relatively nicely before storms hit Monday.Β Sunday sees increasing clouds with only a slight chance for isolated showers across the Foothills and Mountains.Β Steady showers fall Monday, Monday night and into Tuesday.Β We could pick up more than two inches of rain in Charlotte and between three and four inches across the Foothills.Β Expect it to stay cloudy with a few showers possible Wednesday and Thursday as well.Β Temps are coolest Monday, plus it’s gusty making it feel even colder.
