LINCOLNTON, NC — Deputies are looking for 30-year-old Jeremy Adams. Officials say Adams was last seen early Saturday morning.
According to the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office, Adams was discharged form the emergency room at CHS-Lincoln around 3:40am on April 21st. He has a history of substance abuse issues, deputies say, and his family fears for his safety.
Adams is described as a white male, 5’9″, around 170lbs, with brown hair and green eyes. He also has tattoos on his left forearm and upper left arm.
