‘Play Spanish’ owner, Ricardo Mata was arrested again last week after officials say he took indecent liberties with another child in the fall.
Matta was arrested Friday and now faces two additional counts of Indecent Liberties with a Minor. The additional charges stem from a parent accusing Matta of sexually assaulting her child at Eastover Elementary School during an after school Spanish class.
The student was six-years-old at the time.
Officials say the class was not associated with the school and Matta was not an employee with CMS at the time. Matta was renting space in the school for the classes.
Records show Mata still remains on an ICE hold.

CMS is committed to a safe environment for all students and staff, at all times. His volunteer status has been revoked and he is not allowed on any CMS campus in any capacity. The individual offered a Spanish language program. The case in which he has been arrested, did not occur on a CMS campus or involve his work with CMS.
