Meghan Markle’s dad is now skipping the royal wedding.
TMZ reports that Thomas Markle is blaming a heart attack he says he had six days ago.
He says he checked himself out of the hospital to walk Meghan down the aisle.
But he’s also facing a growing scandal for reportedly taking $100-thousand to pose for paparazzi pictures.
The staged photographs show Mr. Markle preparing for the wedding by getting fitted for suit and looking at pictures of Harry and Meghan online.
TMZ is also reporting he made the decision to skip the wedding so he wouldn’t embarrass the royal family or his daughter.
