Two Suspects Charged With Killing A Man Found Dead Under A Car In East Charlotte

CMPD has charged two suspects in connection to a homicide that happened late Saturday night.
Sergio Axel Coello-Perez, 16, and Jonathan Castillo, 18, have each been charged with Murder and Larceny of a Motor Vehicle.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The CMPD is investigating a homicide after a man was found dead underneath a vehicle in east Charlotte.
On Saturday May 12th, 2108, at 10:34 p.m., CMPD officers responded to multiple calls regarding an incident on Elm Forest Drive in Charlotte. One caller reported a pedestrian being stuck by a vehicle and another caller reported shots fired.
Arriving officers located a man identified as Nicholas Antoine Boger, 36, dead under a vehicle in the middle of the road.
Investigators say evidence on the scene indicates shots may have been fired but police have not released the cause of Mr. Boger’s death.
