MATTHEWS, NC — Police are investigating a stabbing that left one man seriously injured Wednesday afternoon.
The stabbing happened around 12:30pm at the InTown Suites on E. Independence Boulevard. Medic says one person was transported to CMC with life threatening injuries.
Officials say the man was found bleeding on a second floor balcony. Investigators think the stabbing was the result of a domestic dispute.
No arrests have been made at this time. The investigation is ongoing.
