Waiting Child : Demetrius

In this new waiting child story we introduce you to a little boy who enjoys reading big books and loves animals.

Demetrius is 11 years old and in the 6^th grade.  He loves reading class and doesn’t see why he needs to take a social studies class, “Don’t adults always say focus on the future? If we did then why do we have to focus on the past at school why.”

Demetrius enjoys reading big books. He’s currently reading Harry Potter and the Dealthy Hallows which is 750 pages. Another fun fact about Demetrius. He loves animals, “I love everything about animals from birds to snakes except crossing out mosquitos and flies why don’t you like mosquitos and flies? Do you know how many diseases they carry?”

Demetrius wants to be a veterinarian when he grows up and save all the animals—all expect flies and mosquitoes of course.  Today his dream is to have a forever family that loves him, “I want them to be people that love you and care for you and have pets, tons of pets.”
