CHARLOTTE, N.C.– The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department is asking assistance locating a teen wanted for removing his electronic monitoring device.
Demetrius Jadakiss Jones, 17, is wanted For Attempted Breaking and Entering, Conspiracy, Possession of Stolen Goods, Damage to Property, and Interfering with an Electronic Monitoring Device.

Jones was court ordered to wear an electronic monitoring device as a condition of his pre-trial release. On June 24, 2018, Jones cut off his electronic monitor and was last known to be in the area of 9809 Dauphine Drive, Charlotte.
