EOTC: Is Heather Locklear Spiraling Out Of Control?

CHARLOTTE, NC — TV icon Heather Locklear appears to be spiraling out of control.

The 56-year-old actress was arrested Sunday night and accused of punching a cop and kicking a paramedic. Reports say she was also heavily intoxicated.

Officials were called to her home for a domestic disturbance.

This is her third arrest this year. Locklear underwent a psych evaluation last week after a call about a violent, suicidal person.
