A political upset likely has long time politicians concerned their seats aren’t safe!

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, a 28 year old Latina running her first campaign, beat 10 term Representative Joe Crowley in New York Tuesday. Even she was surprised at the numbers. But the democratic socialist says she’s proof you beat a political machine with a movement. Congressman Crowley was so sure he would beat Ocasio-Cortez that he let a stand in take his place in a debate. What’s the big take away from this win?
