You look around Charlotte and it’s hard not to notice the new apartments going up. But a new report says, the Queen City is at risk of building too many high-end units without the demand.

And it’s only going to get worse.

Nearly 27,000 apartment are planned or underway. Apartments are going up the fastest in South End and SouthPark.
