MOORESVILLE, NC — A Stanley man is facing multiple drug charges after being stopped for a traffic violation Monday.
A deputy with the Community Oriented Policing Division (C.O.P.S.) arrested 26-year-old Pullow Anderson following a traffic stop on Charlotte Highway.
According to the deputy, Anderson admitted to having marijuana in the vehicle after being questioned about the smell coming from inside. The deputy then performed a search, which he says led to the seizure of 103 Alprazolam pills, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.
Anderson reportedly admitted to the items being his, and was charged with Felony Possession of a Schedule IV Controlled Substance, Felony Possession with Intent to Manufacture, Sell or Deliver a Schedule IV Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of Marijuana Drug Paraphernalia.
