Edge On The Clock: Georgia Lawmaker To Resign After Using Racial Slurs On TV

The Georgia lawmaker who was duped by comedian Sacha Baron Cohen is now resigning.
Representative Jason Spencer appeared on the Showtime series “Who Is America?”
Cohen got him to drop his pants and repeatedly yell racial slurs.
Spencer originally said he wouldn’t step down, but now appears to be bowing to public pressure.
His resignation is effective July 31st.
