Suspect Charged With Shooting A Salisbury Man To Death In May

SALISBURY, N.C. — A suspect has been charged with killing a man found shot to death on a driveway in May.

Tracey Pruitt, 50, was arrested Wednesday and charged with the 1st Degree Murder of 44-year-old Michael Duren Faulk.

Around 2 a.m. on May 28th, Salisbury police were called to 508 N. Shaver Street where they found Faulk dead in the driveway with gunshot wounds.

Salisbury Police Criminal Investigations and NCSBI are investigating the shooting. Officials have not said why the shooting took place.

Pruitt is currently being held with no bond.
