Forget a phone interview, when you can just text your answer instead! That’s happening more than you think. Several companies, like open table, say they’re hiring managers prefer text screenings because it can be more convenient for everyone involved.
Critics argue this is too impersonal and doesn’t full gauge how enthusiastic a future employee would be.
