France Outlaws Catcalling
France is cracking down on catcalling. Catcalling is when someone whistles or yells something suggestive at strangers on the street.
A surveillance footage of a man slapping a 20 year old woman in France went viral. Guys, could be fined roughly $870 if they are caught in the act of catcalling. But some women argue the law is not enough. Do you think this new law will cut down on sexual harassment?
