ROWAN COUNTY, N.C. — A serious wreck has shut down I-85 SB near Exit 63 at Lane Street in Rowan County.
Both lanes are blocked. The crash has caused a 6-mile backup.
Injuries are reported and cleanup could take several hours.
Drivers are asked to get around the crash by using US 29 SB to Dale Earnhardt Boulevard and back to I-85 as alternate routes.
