Authorities Seek Assistance Identifying Cabarrus County Robbery Suspect

CABARRUS COUNTY, N.C. — The Cabarrus County Sheriff’s Office is asking for assistance identifying a robbery suspect.

The robbery happened at the Wells Fargo Bank on Highway 49 in Harrisburg, at about 11:22 a.m. on Saturday, August 25th, 2018.

Authorites say a man demanded money from a bank employee before fleeing on foot.

The suspect is described as a black male, approximately six feet tall with a slim build.  He was last seen wearing dark sweat pants; a white T-shirt with a basketball net, basketball and scissors; a ball cap and sun glasses.
