One Person Seriously Injured After Shooting In North Charlotte

CHARLOTTE, NC — Police are investigating a shooting in NoDa that left one person seriously injured.

CMPD says the shooting happened around 9pm in the area of Anderson Street at North Davidson Street. The victim was then reportedly driven to a gas station on N. Tryon Street at Matheson Avenue where they called 911.

The victim was taken to CMC with potentially life threatening injuries, according to Medic.

A home on Anderson Street was also shot into around the same time, police say, but investigators are not yet sure whether the two incidents are related. No one was injured at the home.
