FORT MILL, SC — The South Carolina Highway Patrol is seeking information on a deadly hit and run accident that happened early Sunday morning.
Troopers say the accident happened around 5am on I-77 south near mile marker 89. A moped was reportedly hit, which resulted in the death of the rider.
Investigators were not able to get a description of the suspect vehicle, but say it probably has damage to the front end.
At this time, the victim’s information has not been released.
