WASHINGTON, D.C. — Officials with FEMA held a news conference Wednesday morning to discuss their preparations for Hurricane Florence.

FEMA says the Carolinas could see hurricane conditions for 24 hours as the storm stalls after making landfall near Wilmington, North Carolina.

Officials warn the powerful hurricane could pack a “Mike Tyson punch to the Carolina coast.”
