CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department is investigating a shooting after a man arrived at the hospital with multiple gunshot wounds.
The shooting occurred around 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday in the area of Church and 11th Streets.
Police received multiple 911 calls stating that a person inside a car was shooting a firearm into another vehicle.
Soon after, an adult male victim who had been shot multiple times brought himself to CMC Main where he is being treated for life threatening injuries.
No word on the suspect whereabouts.
