Search Underway For Two Men Involved In Kings Mountain Armed Robbery

KINGS MOUNTAIN, N.C. — A man was held at gunpoint and robbed in Kings Mountain early Friday.

Kings Mountain police say around 2:45 a.m., a man was taken at gunpoint from a parking lot located at 509 East King St. by two unidentified black males. The victim was then driven to another location where he was robbed.

The first suspect is described as a black male approximately 6″ tall. He is said to be wearing dark clothing and a ski mask covering his face. The second suspect is described as a black male approximately 5′ 7″ tall. He is said to be wearing dark clothing and a white bandana over his nose and lower face.
The suspect vehicle is described as a dark in color, older, four-door sedan that left in an unknown direction of travel.

No injuries are reported.
