LANCASTER, SC– Authorities say a Lancaster man was arrested Thursday and charged with Criminal Solicitation of a Minor.
Jachreo Dmitri Hinson, 24, was substituting at Lancaster High School and began communicating with a 16-year-old female student and reportedly asked if she wanted him to take photographs of her.
On Tuesday, reports say the two talked on the telephone, and the student reported the next morning that Hinson made comments to her indicating that he wanted to engage in sexual activity with her.
The Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office began an investigation where Hinson was interviewed and later taken into custody.
Hinson was charged with Criminal Solicitation of a Minor.
