Ten Gang Members Arrested After Shooting In Fort Mill

Ten people have been arrested in connection with a September 19th shooting on Drewsky Lane in Fort Mill.

The following people are charged with attempted murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime and are being held in the Mecklenburg County Detention Center:

  • Keanu Camacho, 20, of Charlotte, NC
  • Kwantavius Howze, 17, of Charlotte, NC
  • Willis Lane, 19, of Charlotte, NC
  • Andrae Smith, 18, of Charlotte, NC

The following people were charged with possession of a stolen firearm and unlawful carry of a pistol and are being held in the Mecklenburg County Detention Center:

  • Isaiah Kersey, 18, of Charlotte, NC (Shooting Victim)
  • Makayla Renee Moyler, 18, of Charlotte, NC (Shooting Victim)
  • Dorian Price, 21, of Charlotte, NC
  • Eddie Kue’ron  Davis, 22, of Charlotte, NC

Kristain Kemokia, 18, and Justin Hull, 17, are also charged with possession of a stolen firearm and unlawful carry of a pistol and are being held in the York County Detention Center.

Authorities say on the night of September 19, 2018, deputies responded to a shooting near Gold Hill Road and Drewsky Lane in Fort Mill.

Responding officers located Isaiah Kersey and Makayla Moyler suffering from gunshot wounds.  Deputies say Justin Hull, Eddie Davis and Khristian Kemokai drove away from the scene after being shot at by Keanu Camacho, Kwantavius Howez, Willis Lane and Andrae  Smith. Justin Hull, Eddie Davis and Kristain Kemokai wrecked on I-77 near the state line before being apprehended by the York County Sheriff’s Office with assistance from the CMPD.

Officials say all 10 people arrested are affiliated with the Bloods Gang.

YORK COUNTY, S.C. — Three people are in custody after an overnight shooting in Fort Mill.

The shooting happened at an apartment complex off Gold hill Road and Drewsky Lane.  The suspects fled the scene before wrecking on I-77 northbound near the North Carolina and South Carolina state line.

The York County Sheriff’s Office tweeted that all three suspects were in custody at 2 a.m., on Wednesday, September 18th, 2018.

The victims and suspects have not been identified
