Six People Arrested In Lincoln County On Drug Charges Following Grand Jury Indictments
LINCOLN COUNTY, N.C. — Six people are facing drug charges following indictments handed down by the August 2018 Lincoln County Grand Jury.
Nicholas Bailey Garver, 17, of Timberhill Trail, Lincolnton, NC was charged with three counts each of possession with the intent to sell and deliver marijuana and sell and delivery of marijuana. The warrants were served on September 10, 2018 and Garver received an $18,000 secured bond.
Gavin Seth Glance, 17, of Curveview Road, Lincolnton, NC was charged with four counts each of sell and deliver marijuana and possession with the intent to sell and deliver marijuana. He was taken before a Lincoln County magistrate on September 10, 2018 and placed under a $40,000 secured bond.
Jordan Hunter Beatty, 18, of W T Carpenter Road, Lincolnton, NC was charged with one count each of possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana and sell and delivery of marijuana. He was arrested on August 15, 2018 and placed under a $5,000 secured bond.
Wesley Todd Bowen, 31, of Shoal Road, Lincolnton, NC was charged with Trafficking methamphetamine following a search of his residence on Shoal Road. He was placed in the Harven A. Crouse Detention Center under a $35,000 secured bond.
Kristin Danielle Lowman, 33, of Sandra Lane, Lincolnton, NC was arrested on August 9, 2018 and charged with possession of methamphetamine. She was placed under a $10,000 secured bond.
Devon Eugene Reedy, 24, of Sun Valley Trail, Lincolnton, NC was charged with possession of a controlled substance in a prison facility. Reedy is an inmate at the Lincoln County prison unit where the staff found marijuana on the prisoner on June 22, 2018.
