Mild start with temps in the mid 60s area wide. For comparison, average lows should be in the low to mid 50s for this time of year. Highs will reach the mid to upper 80s across the Piedmont. Even the high country will see temps rise into the upper 70s this afternoon. It will be dry and mainly sunny through the rest of the week, as well. We’ll be close to 90 by Thursday and we will likely see a few locations reach the lower 90s by Friday. Slightly better rain chances return for the weekend.
