CHARLOTTE, NC — October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), 1 in 8 women will develop breast cancer in their lifetime.  Although this is the most common cancer among women, early detection is key in beating this disease.  Dr. Tiffani Jones stopped by Rising to talk about the importance of breast self-exams and what to look for.
