Good School News: Emerald School Of Excellence Supports Teens Struggling With Drug Addiction

Rising’s Tonya Rivens has some good news about our youth.

The National Institute on Drug Abuse for teens has found that the illegal use of drugs among teens has declined.

The non-profit group plans to open in 2019. It had an open house last month.
