CHARLOTTE, NC — Following the impacts from Tropical Storm Michael, some area school districts have announced closures and delays for Friday, October 12th.

NC Schools

Anson County Schools – 3-hour delay

Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools – Closed

Iredell-Statesville Schools – 2-hour delay

Kannapolis City Schools – Closed

Rowan-Salisbury Schools – Closed

Union County Public Schools – 2-hour delay
