UPDATE: 26-year-old Zachary Toth is in custody in Union County.

CHARLOTTE, NC — CMPD is looking for Zachary Paul Toth, 26, who is wanted on several charges.
Toth is wanted for multiple charges including Felony Breaking and Entering, Damage to Property, and Interfering with an Electronic Monitoring Device.
Police say Toth cut off his monitor on Tuesday in the area of Central Avenue at Ivey Drive in east Charlotte.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 704-334-1600 or 911.
