Concord Police Make 2 Arrests In 2007 Homicide Case
CONCORD, NC — It has been more than a decade since a man was shot and killed in Concord, but police now have two suspects in custody.
Investigators say new evidence led to the recent arrests of Reginald Leach and John Sifford. Both men have been charged with Attempted Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon and 1st Degree Murder.
Around 12:36am on February 20, 2007, police say Leach and Sifford shot and killed Bismar Garcia in front of a home on Powder Street SW.
