CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Bullets flew into a home in northwest Charlotte early Friday.
Officers with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department were called to the 7900 block of Bristle Lane where shots were fired into a home.
A woman was shot in the knee, police say. She suffered non-life threatening injuries and is expected to be okay.
Police say someone was shooting outside in the street and a round entered the home.
Three children were in the house when the shooting happened.
No arrests have been made.
