CMPD Looking For Robbery Suspect Who Removed Monitoring Device

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department is asking for assistance locating a man wanted for removing his electronic monitoring device.

Orlando Ray Finley is wanted for Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon, Conspiracy to Commit Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon, Damage to Property, and Interfering with an Electronic Monitoring Device.

Finley was court ordered to wear an electronic monitoring device as a condition of his pre-trial release. On October 24nd, 2018, Finley cut off his electronic monitor and was last known to be in the area of 300 N. Poplar Street, Charlotte.
