One Group Wants Guaranteed Weekend Trick-or-Treating

Halloween would never fall on a school night again if one group gets its way.
By Friday night, early 15,000 people had signed a Change.org petition asking President Donald Trump to move the holiday to the last Saturday in October.
The move would be permanent.
The Halloween and Costume Association is the group behind the idea.
They say it will allow for a safer, longer, and stress-free celebration!
