CHARLOTTE, NC — Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools announced Monday that two schools closed due to power outages in September and October will makeup those days in December.
Carmel Middle School was closed due to an outage on September 18th, and Albemarle Road Middle School was closed on October 24th. Both schools will make up the days on December 19th, according to CMS.
School will operate on a normal schedule that day, including buses.
CMS says the makeup day has been assigned in accordance to the makeup day schedule on the 2018-19 calendar.
