Man Is Suing To Legally Change His Age

A 69-year-old Dutch man is waging a court battle to drop 20 years off his life.
Emile Ratelband is an entrepreneur and self-help guru.
His doctors told him he had the body of a 49-year-old, so Ratelband is now suing his local government to legally change the date on his birth certificate.
He thinks if people can legally change their name, then he should be able to change his age.
Ratelband says his real age is limiting his ability to find work.
He also told British newspaper The Guardian that hopes being younger on paper will help his chances finding love on a dating app.
“If I go on tinder, then I get women from 68 or 69, when the women are there,” said Ratelband.
The court is due to deliver its ruling in about a month.
