Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez Treated As Intern

Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is having a rough first week on Capitol Hill. The 29 year old, who is the youngest Congresswoman ever elected, was mistaken for an intern on her first day. She tweeted, “People keep giving me directions to the spouse and intern events instead of the ones for members of Congress.”

Cortez was also criticized for her attire by a reporter.
