Younger People Are Less Likely To Complain About Bad Service
At one point, everyone has a bad dining experience, but not everyone says something about it.
Turns out, the younger you are, the less likely you are to complain.
According to a new survey, less than half of people between 16 and 24 would speak up about cold food or a rude server.
They don’t want to make a scene.
But people over 55 are a completely different story.
71% say they don’t find complaining awkward, they find it empowering.
