3 Arrested In Connection To Mount Holly Fatal Shooting
MOUNT HOLLY, NC — Mount Holly Police have identified the suspects who they say murdered 30-year-old Isaac Geovanni Arawo Lorenzo early Sunday morning, Nov. 11.
Lorenzo died at CaroMont Regional Medical Center in Gastonia after police say he was found wounded at a home on Louise Avenue around 8 a.m.
Initially, authorities said Lorenzo appeared to have a stab wound in the chest. Later, the medical examiner determined he was shot once in the chest. The man did not appear to have any other wounds.
Police have arrested 23-year-old Kayla Rankin and 24-year-old Breonia McLean and charged them each with first degree murder. Both suspects are currently being held in the Gaston County jail on a hold with no bond.
Investigators say they have also charged 26-year-old Raymond Murphy with first degree murder. Murphy is currently being held in the Gaston County jail on a hold with no bond.
