Misinformation Is Dictionary Word of the Year

There’s no “misinformation” about this… Because misinformation is dictionary.com’s “word of the year”. The word “misinformation” has been around for centuries, but made a major comeback in 2018, due to all the fake info that made it’s way to the internet. The annual ‘word of the year’ is done to shine a light on the most searched or used word. Runner-up words were “representation”, “self-made” and “backlash”.
