Soldier Surprises Kids At Charlotte Douglas With Return Home From Kuwait

CHARLOTTE, NC — A Cleveland County family is celebrating this holiday season after SPC John Logan and his wife Marissa surprised their two children with his return home from deployment.
SPC Logan returned home to Charlotte Douglas International Airport on November 29. His wife, Marissa Prince says their children, Madison and John, went to the airport that day thinking they were only practicing for their father’s return.
The two children had prepared signs, Marissa says, and could not wait for their dad’s arrival. Little did they know, they wouldn’t have to wait long.

SPC Logan, of Shelby, was returning home fromΒ Kuwait following a 313 day deployment with the 300th Chemical Company out of Morgantown, WV.
