Black Ice Threat For Tuesday Morning Commute

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — WCCB’s Alexandra Elich was in west Charlotte getting a first hand look at road conditions Monday morning.

However, black ice is a major threat Monday evening into Tuesday morning’s rush hour commute as temps drop into the 20’s overnight.
