EOTC: More People Consider Dropping Facebook After New Privacy Concerns Surface

CHARLOTTE, NC — Privacy concerns have more people talking about deleting their Facebook pages.

An investigation by the New York Times found the social media site shared private user information with more than 150 companies. The Times says Netflix and Spotify could read your private messages, even delete them, and could also see all of your Facebook friends.

Facebook says none of the companies had access to data without the user’s consent.
