CHARLOTTE, NC — Police have identified the victim shot and killed in east Charlotte late Sunday night.
CMPD says 24-year-old Randy Tarlton was shot around 10:18pm on Sunday, December 30th. The shooting reportedly happened on Gwynn Hill Road near Harrisburg Road.
Police say officers attempted CPR on Tarlton but he was pronounced dead on scene by Medic.
No information has been released on a suspect at this time, or what may have led to the shooting.
