Concord Police Seek Suspect In Armed Robbery

CONCORD, NC — Police are trying to identify a suspect wanted in connection to an armed robbery on December 30th.

The robbery happened around 9pm at the 7-Eleven on Poplar Tent Road. Police say the suspect robbed the clerk at knife point and may have fled in a white Ford Freestyle that was seen nearby shortly after the robbery.

The suspect is described as a black male, between 5 feet 11 inches and 6 feet tall, medium build and a scar on the left side of his face. Police say he was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black pants, black sneakers and armed with a folding pocket knife.
