Best States To Raise A Family

When it comes to raising a family, both North and South Carolina were ranked among the worst states. That’s according to a new study by Wallet Hub. South Carolina was ranked 43 and North Carolina was ranked 38. Minnesota is considered the best state in the country to raise a family.

The rankings were based on education, affordability as well as health and safety.
