Four People Charged In Connection To West Charlotte Murder Investigation

The Latest:

Detectives with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department arrested four people for the murder of Jermaine Moore.

Stacey Bell, Robert Brewer, Earl Jackson and Kaila Robinson have all been charged with first degree murder, armed robbery and conspiracy to commit armed robbery.

The victim has been identified as 38-year-old Jermaine Moore.

The case is still under investigation and anyone with information is asked to call 704-432-TIPS and speak directly to a Homicide Unit Detective.  Detective Jones is the lead detective assigned to the case.  The public can also call Crime Stoppers at 704-334-1600.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department is investigating a homicide after a man was found dead in a west Charlotte residence Saturday morning.

The CMPD says, on Saturday, January 12, 2019, at about 5:40 a.m., officers responded to a call for service from MEDIC in the 3000 block of Forestbrook Drive.

Officers located a man inside the residence and Medic pronounced the victim dead at the scene.
