CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department is trying to identify a suspect wanted for the armed robbery of a north Charlotte business.
On Wednesday, January 16, 2019, at 6:50 p.m., CMPD officers responded to an armed robbery at the Galaxy Beauty Supply, located in the 400 block of W. Sugar Creek Road.
According to the victim, the suspect came into the store and demanded property at gunpoint before fleeing the scene.
The suspect is described as a black male, about 5’6″, and was last seen wearing a dark colored sweatshirt and black pants.
